Mr. Kresak earned his degree in Business with a focus on Legal Studies from the Academy of Court Reporting in Cleveland, Ohio.
Mr. Kresak is deeply familiar with the practices of both Common Pleas and U.S. District Courts throughout Ohio. His meticulous attention to court filings, discovery, and litigation support has earned him the trust and respect of clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel alike.
In addition to his work at the firm, Mr. Kresak serves as a pro bono mediator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), applying his legal knowledge to help parties resolve disputes effectively and fairly. He is also a Registered Notary in the State of Ohio, authorized to perform both in-person and online notarizations.
