Mr. Young earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he served on the Board of Editors for the Cleveland-Marshall Law Review and received the Spangenberg Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. He holds a bachelor's degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where he graduated with Dean’s List honors.
Mr. Young is admitted to practice in all common pleas and appellate courts in Ohio, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
He is an active member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and American Bar Association. He also belongs to the National Employment Lawyers Association, Ohio Employment Lawyers Association, Cleveland Employment Lawyers Association, and the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers.
Mr. Young currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Trial Tactics at CSU College of Law, where he trains future lawyers in courtroom advocacy and litigation strategy.
Additionally, Mr. Young holds an “Excellent” rating from the AVVO lawyer rating service, reflecting his continued dedication to professional integrity, advocacy, and client service.
